From the first phone call they were extremely helpful, gave us a quote, and offered to come out the very next day to take care of it. The one negative thing was that they ended up rescheduling us a couple of times because their installer was sick. They still made it within the week and the installer did a good quality job. He was extremely respectful and took the time to explain to my kids what he was doing, really nice guy.
