M1 Homes does stunning work! They look for the best possible sub-contractors to do quality work, and it really shows. They are new to the business, but you would never guess with how professional they are. I would 100% recommend them for any renovation projects. There were tons of electrical problems due to a past-owner trying to re-wire things themselves, however was fixed because of a great Sub-Contractor contact they had! They are quick and efficient, and don't draw their projects out.
