General contractor skilled in all phases of construction. Sub contractors used as needed.We take one job at a time and see it through to completion.We do not take several jobs spending time here and then there.We are a small company 3 to 4 employees we have had as many as 22 at one time. We provide cost estimates,all costs are disclosed,there are no mark ups over the contractors price and if you shop a better item price we are happy to go that way provided that quality or warrantee is not an issue. For remodeling we usually use a cost plus 10% contract, there are reasons for this that we are happy to explain face to face. Solid bids on New construction and small jobs where we are not likely to run into the unforeseen . We like to keep communication at the forefront of our operation, written contracts help in this endeavor but they do not cover all bases.We want to leave you with a job well done and as friends to each other. Remodeling has been our strong point for the past 20 years. We have over 40 years in construction, residential, commercial and agricultural to include development. This is our first attempt at advertising, word of mouth has been our main stay in this regard.We do what we do because we like it and not just because we have to make a living, but obviously we do.
