We had a horrible experience with this company. We had our consultation with the sales guy on June 24 and ordered our blinds. We were told it would take about 2-3 weeks to get them in and then install them. After 2 weeks we checked in and the product had not been shipped yet. Checked in a week later and still the same story. This went on for weeks until we threatened to cancel if our order was not going to get shipped. We were told on Friday, August 12 that the product would be shipped the next day air the following Monday and the product would be delivered on Tuesday, and installed on Wednesday. After 8 weeks we finally got our blinds installed two days later (on Friday) because the blinds did not ship until Wednesday. We were told we would be given a discount for the inconvenience. Sorry, but a 5% discount does not make up for the extra 5 weeks we needed to wait for our blinds. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend it.

TLDR; rude, slow, and poor at communicating. Honestly, I have been extremely patient. I travel quite a bit and work roughly 60 hours a week so I wanted to ensure I was planning my schedule around the estimated install. When they blew past the estimated date with zero updates I reached out to see if there was any update. After not being responded to for an entire week, I sent a simple text message to request more info. Instead of responding in the morning, or politely dealing with the situation, Mark chose to be incredibly rude and condescending. Even after the conversation was finished he chose to continue to message and antagonize me by telling me not to contact him on Christmas. Buddy, I do not want to be contacting you. I am just seeking a modicum of customer service
