They told me I probably had a virus. He asked if he could access my machine remotely and I must have been on the phone with him for a half hour. I watched him doing things on the computer and all of the sudden the screen went black with some sort of attention sign. He said he had to turn the computer over to a tech and they would get it fixed in a couple of hours. He said he would call me when the computer was ready. Two hours comes and goes and I cannot get through to them. I sent emails that weren't being answered, I tried to call and they had an answering machine that thanked you for your call and I listened to this for 45 minutes. By now it was 7pm on a Saturday night and I had no response. Finally, I sent an email and said I was stopping the charge and the next thing I would do is post on Angie's List that they were unreliable. After that I got a phone call from Alex that said they were working on my computer since 1pm. He assured me they were still working on the computer and said he would still need a while. A couple of times he asked me to do something on the machine. At midnight he was still scanning disks and doing stuff and I went to bed. I got up the next morning and the machine was still just sitting here burning a screen on the monitor. I finally got through to them on Sunday morning and they said Alex was not in today and he had turned my computer over to someone else who was not coming in until later in the day. They did agree to give me a credit back which I did get eventually. I'm not sure that they are a reliable company. My regular computer guy came over and said there was nothing wrong with my computer, my mouse was just dead and I needed a new one.
