Very good. I needed a Flood Elevation Certificate quicky, and they delivered. Not much help with FEMA or insurance, but I guess that's not their job.

Land Solutions was very prompt and showed up quickly. I was given an estimate of approx $500 for a full survey that was easy. He told me that he could check the property paperwork and I might get enough information and not need a full survey and it would cost a few hundred dollars. In my mind a few hundred means $200. He was at my home for a very short time along with researching a the court house. I was charged for 3 hrs at $120 per hour =$360. Seems very pricey and am doubtful that he spent 3 hrs time on the job. I feel as though I got taken. Maybe I was charged for travel time?
