replacement windows
 + -1 moreHe came on time, and spent 3 days doing the work. The price was good; one of the other bids was $2500. The only problem was that he came about 1 month later than he estimated because he was so busy; I called him several times to get a definite commitment during that last 1 month period.
Description of Work: He caulked around the windows on 4 two-story buildings in our condo complex to stop the intrusion of water.
