Auto Painting, Auto Body Work
They were really quite good. We were signed by our insurance company. We called and made an appointment. The accident occurred in early December and the earliest they could take us was the end of January. The car was driveable and functional so we just used the car until the 31st of January. We took it in and it took I think 3 days for them to take care of it. Which is pretty good time for an auto body shop. I think they are quite professional. They are a chain. They have a nice shop and waiting room. They assign you to a collision technician specialist. That's their gig and they do it well. I didn't realize it cost that much, but we had a deductible and the insurance paid the rest. I had a minor piece of work done with it. I thought it was fair. They had to go get a salvaged hood. They don't use after market it they can avoid it. There were none in stock so they had to get a junk yard and had to do auto body work. They did first class work. You can't tell that it was repainted or anything else. It was the same make a model. You can't tell the hoods been slashed at all. The car is 5 years old and it has been garaged a lot to do some saving on the paint, but you can't tell. They were very good. We didn't like waiting that long, but they kept their appointment. When we went there on the 31st they were ready to take it. It was what it was and we worked with it. They said it would be about 3 days and I think we got a call at the end of the 3rd day. We picked it up the next morning I think because we were out of town and could not get back in time, but they were punctual. They were very professional. You hope you don't have to use them again, but for auto body repair work I would use them again.
