They were assigned to us by our Home Warranty company and were supposed to come out and check my air conditioner that went out and I explained to them that a friend, that is not qualified, checked it and thinks it is the motor. He went off on getting a motor for it before ever coming out to look himself. By doing this we lost a lot of time getting it repaired. He never called me back to let me know what was going on. I don't know what went on between him and the Warranty company, but it got reassigned to another contractor who came out 2 days later and found out it was the motor controller not the motor and I had it repaired 4 days later. I ended up without the air for 3 weeks in 95 to 104 temps. The problems I have are: he should have come out to diagnose it himself, especially since we had an appointment. he should have called me one way or the other instead of just not following through.
