Utah Basement Kitchen and Bath

Our experience with Utah Basement could not have been better. Todd showed up right on time for our first appointment and things went like clockwork throughout the job. We had gotten bids from several contractors and Todd's bid for what we wanted done was very reasonable. The process was very simple as well. They have a website with categories for different areas such as plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, cabinets, etc, so we could either choose an option shown or pick out our own. It was a big time saver for us, and Jen was a pleasure to work with. She brought several countertop samples to our house to help with the selection. A previous contractor had wanted us to pick out every light fixture and faucet, tile, etc, before he would even give us an estimate. All of the crew was friendly and professional and very pleasant to deal with, and any question or concern along the way was addressed quickly and efficiently, and always to our satisfaction. They guarantee their work, and will come back to correct any problems that may come up. After the job was finished, we had a problem when we tried to plug in a phone, and I called them. The very next day they sent someone to take care of the wiring issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a basement finishing project. If you want a reasonable price, professional and reliable crew, high quality workmanship, and a company that does what they say they will, then this is the company for you. They will not disappoint!

Beginning to end, the company performed extremely well.  Everything done professionally.  Kept in good communication with us and moved the project along to our satisfaction.  We love our finished basement.  Only problem is, it looks better than our upstairs.  Well done.
