Turf Pro Lawn Care

I told Dan that I may have him come and do another application and told him that I would call and arrange that.  When it was about time for the next application, he showed up without an appointment.  I reminded him he had left the gate open last time and we have dogs so please make sure to close the gate.  He left it open again.
I included a note in my payment that I would call and make an appointment  when I was ready for the next application.  Once again, he just showed up and sprayed the front lawn.  The back gate was locked so he could not spray back there.  They called and wanted to make an appointment to do the back.  I expressed my frustration that Dan just shows up and we do not have a contract or any sort of agreement for services.  
We have spent a total of $240 with Turf Pro. Our tree still has aphids, our lawn still has dandelions and after the last application, we now have dead spots in our lawn.

Great! The lawn was suffering and has been brought back to life and is now weed-free! Service is fantastic, customer service via phone is great as well. Would recommend.

The first day, they came and put the spring fertilizer on my lawn and woke up my grass. Then the next day, the aerators came and aerated my lawn. I pay them by the year by the things that I have them do. It costs me about $350 a year. I don't have them mow or care for my lawn in that way, but they do the other things. It depends on what I need. If I want them to put a spider protection down, then I would be charged for that. They do a really nice job and are excellent to talk with. I am thinking about having them do snail control because the snails get into my hostas and eat them. They are great to deal with, and they are on time. They do an excellent job. I like the people a lot. I have had personal discussions about lawn care, things that I need and things that I don't need with the owner. They are just really great. I have already paid for this year. I pay them upfront, and they come and take care of my yard whether I'm home or not. I trust them in my backyard.

They do good work.
