We are a young couple and had never purchased a home before.  Logan Stapley was my parents' preferred lender so I gave him a shot after our credit union basically gave us the cold shoulder.  Logan held our hand all along the way and made the transaction smooth and understandable.  When our friends found out we were looking to buy our first home, they told us of the horrors they went through trying to get their loan so we were a bit apprehensive.  But Logan really did a great job in helping us sort through all the documentation requirements, and he even got us a loan with no closing costs.  We had only saved enough for our down payment and didn't have any more funds to cover the closing costs.  The home we found was bank-owned and the bank refused to cover any of our closing costs.  But Logan got us our loan with no closing costs and with a great rate.  Again, two enthusiastic thumbs up for Logan Stapley at Truepoint Mortgage.
