Times Ticking Inc, were able to fix my EQS Freedom watch. Many local watch repair shops would not repair my fabulous watch, but Times Ticking cleaned it, replaced the gasket and stem. It now functions perfectly!! Thank you so much!

These folks are amazing! My wife bought a watch for me 20 some years ago and it had stopped keeping accurate time and he crystal was scuffed. This watch was a rare model that is no longer made. They did a beautiful job inside and out in a timely (no pun intended) fashion. Communication was stellar as was the service. I highly recommend this company.

Found them on line. Though it may not seem as of primary importance, what got me to use there service was the excellence of communications. They provided me with a well designed form to list my contact information, description of my watch and the problem I wanted them to resolve. Also clear mailing address and instructions to send the watch to them. Also included a description of how they would proceed including contacting me before going ahead with the repairs. Sent the watch to the address provided. They texted me upon receipt them called me with their analysis of the problem and how they would handle. Don't know if they got training or are naturally good speakers, but their voice communication was pleasant, clear and professional. They indicated that the internal mechanism was failing and needed to be replaced. Also the crystal was scratched and should be replaced and the watch needed a good cleaning. Since this is a Swiss made watch I was waiting for a price of an arm and possibly a leg. Instead they said that the total would be $150. Much less than the cost of a new quality watch. They had to send away for new parts. So it would take a couple of weeks to complete. I gave them approval. When they finished they shipped it back charging only $5.00 for insurance. I did have a problem with the Post Office delivery. I contacted Times Ticking to trace the delivery. They gave me the information to get the watch. Once again communications were polite, clear and professional. The watch is now keeping perfect time and looks new. Definitely would recommend or use again.

They are wonderful and I think their price and quality is good.

Their customer service representative was VERY insulting and has zero redeeming qualities.
