Steve is my go to guy for all plumbing. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Always easy to work with. I recommend him full heartedly.

They were actually quite nice and responsive when I had them replace two hot water heaters but they failed to return phone calls when repairs were needed.  I don't know why they fell down so badly. Another plumber then installed a much superior system.

They were recommended to me by some professional supply houses and did a very professional job. They gave me a pre-bid before they came to do the work and did it exactly for that price and there were no add-ons or anything like that. The only complaint that I had was that it took them three days to do it and it was a pretty good sized job. The guys he had were used to doing commercial work and during the project they didn't clean up as much as I would've liked, but when they finished they cleaned up very good and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had made some calls and talked to other people about the project and they all wanted to use the same furnace, but because this is a 96% efficient furnace and is the top of the line model it was running between $10,000 and $12,000 and Steve came in under $7,000 and that's all he really does and specializes in and all these other outfits tend to do it as a sideline. The quality of the work that I've seen was fine. He had one joint leak where they re-soldered the pipes, but it wasn't big and he took care of it right off the bat. He came back and checked everything and told me what to look for and I did what he said and I haven't had any trouble with it and it's been working just great. They were good and were here when they said that they were going to be here. They knew what they were doing although they did leave their tools and stuff kind of scattered around because they were going to be there the next day and my grandkids were running around and I was afraid that they were going to get into stuff. He does an awful lot of commercial radiant heat and this was kind of a small unit for him and you need to have a different mindset and his guys were nice and polite and everything else, but they were more commercial oriented. He had to redesign a lot of the plumbing because he moved it completely from where it was at before and into a better location. They couldn't have done it with the old setup because it weighed 500 pounds and it took four guys to get it out of the basement and that was using a hand dolly that I had which was made for moving heavy stuff. The new one is actually sitting on the wall and it puts out more heat then what the old one did which was only 50% efficient, so I should save a lot of money just on the fuel cost. I had a backflow preventer go out on my old boiler and had one of his guys come out last year and put it in and that was the first time I've ever had anything to do with the company.

Spiers did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient, and respectful. We haven't had any further problems with the sink leaking, and the water line to the refrigerator is working fine. I'd definitely hire them in the future.

It is locally owned and ran. They do great service. He really makes sure that you are taken care of. I do all my work of this sort through him. In fact, I have another appointment with him next week.
