Went awesome ! Came when they said they would and had the job done in a day

During a recent intense windstorm, virtually all of the fascia on the front of the house, as well as a couple of 13-pound roof tiles, blew off.  I called Dave and he stated that they focused on replacing / repairing entire roofs but he said he would stop by and take a look at the damage.  I expected that was the end of that and I would have to call someone else.  The next morning, before I got to work I had a message on my phone stating that he would send me an estimate - that arrived later in the day.  He and a co-worker (employee) showed up a few days later just as I was getting home from work.  I got to watch them in action.  They were fast and obviously skilled.  Their work was exceptional.  Despite the fact that this was what I would consider a waste of time for a major contractor, their professionalism and detail to quality work was impressive.

I called Dave on Monday evening. He came by to give me an on-the -spot estimate the following morning. After reviewing three other bids I gave Dave the job Tuesday afternoon. Material were delivered that evening. His crew showed up early this morning and completed the job in less than three hours.
This was a great experience; great price, great service, great job. I would definitely us him again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Dave did an estimate for my roof. He was not the highest but close.
After speaking with him during the bid walk I could tell this guy knows his business as well as seemed honest. Needless to say I selected Profile based on my discussions with Dave. The job went quite well and was actually completed in 2 days. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves daily. I recommend Profile to anyone wanting a good job done on their home.

First, the bid process: I contacted 4 companies for bids; one scheduled then never showed up, another came out but did not get on the roof because it started to rain. He said he would come back to measure and get me the bid. Never heard from him again. The third came out, measured and said he would get me a bid. I had to call him twice before he sent the bid. When I received his bid by e-mail the name and first part of the address was someone else but, I could tell the bid was indeed for my house, with very little detail. Dave Holmes, owner of Profile Roofing, was the 4th bidder. Dave was actually the first to respond and come to give me a bid. Dave spent the first half hour of his time showing me a brochure for the brand shingle he recommended and finding out what I wanted him to do and explaining in detail what he would do. He then measured and let me know when he was done and discussed some concerns he noticed when he was on the roof. Later that night I received his bid by email. The bid gave complete details of what they would do. At my request he included a recommendation for a rain gutter company.
Although Dave's bid was about $500-1,000 more than the only other bid I received, I obviously selected Profile Roofing to do the job. The whole job went well with only a couple of delays.
The job was scheduled for a Monday but Dave called to see if they could do it earlier on a Friday and Saturday because rain was forecast for the following week. The first day went very well; old roofing and rain gutters were removed, roof was made water tight and all old materials were placed in the dumpster. They did a sweep of the area around the house to pick up any debris in the lawn and bushes before they left for the day. The second day was a Saturday. The workers never showed up. When Dave was fianlly able to contact them he found out they decided to take the day off. The following Monday was a Holiday but they were scheduled to work. Again, no one showed up. They informed Dave their truck broke down on the freeway. The next 2 days it rained so they could not get on the roof. Luckily, it was water tight and no leaks. The next day they came out and did finish the job. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results. Dave came out two times after they were done to inspect the job and walked around the base of the house to pickup and remaining debris. He reduced the price because of the delay.
I would strongly recommend Profile Roofing. In fact I did give their name to my neighbor who has received a bid from them.

It was great - they were great to work with. They were on time, did it quickly, and their price was great. I had a couple problems and they came out the very next day to fix it. It was a great experience.

They gave me a detailed bid upfront. They called and told us when they were coming and how long the job was going to last. They showed us everything they did and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, I would say that we are very happy with them.

I had three estimates performed all with tear-off and overlay options. My roof was in good shape with no sags or leaks; I decided to go with an overlay with ridge vents. I was impressed with the knowledge, suggestions and advice that Mr Holmes (owner) provided. He is very customer oriented and answered all my questions and gave me pros and cons of the different options I was considering.

Everything went like clockwork. Shingles were delivered the day before and the workers performed the workers completed the job in a day and a half. They were experienced and efficient. These were not part time summer hires. I was impressed by their hard work and quality workmanship. They cleaned up everything when they were finished as well. The whole experience from start to finish was professional.

The quality of the product and installation is important; not just who has the lowest bid. Profile Roofing provides the right balance. Excellent quality at a fair price. I'm a very satisfied customer.

He's probably the best person I've worked with and he was just wonderful. He came out and diagnosed. He produced per square foot what the cost would be. His workers were professional. They were absolutely among the best, I was so impressed with their etiquette and cleanliness. The crew boss came out in the rain to check on the work. It was just amazing, the kind of job I would do. He even got rid of hornets nests. He jumped up there and sprayed them. After the roof was done, I told him I had a leaky window and he came back and sealed all the doors and windows for nothing. He even recommended a stucco guy that has been terrific. He didn't let me down in any way, even with the weather. I would come home and on the days there was no action he would have told me why they weren't there by phone. Throughout the entire process he would always leave me a message of what to expect and he was always available.
