They were average. The main concern was that the contractor did not understand what he was doing.

I was fairly pleased with the installation. They were very prompt and on time. I thought that the work was good. We did have to go over a couple of spots, where they did not caulk but it was fairly minimal.

We are fairly pleased with the work for the hardwood flooring. They did leave us with some work that we needed to do on our own which was disappointing but not very hard to finish.
