 + -1 moreGuy was very responsive from the beginning. He provided expert advice on the budget for the project. When we encountered challenges, for example, unanticipated problems in the demolition, he developed reasonable alternatives that allowed us to stay within budget. He took on extra tasks that would not generally be within the general contractors scope of responsibility, i.e., picking up appliances from Best Buy. Because of his extensive experience, he was able to identify excellent subs and also identify sources for products that were needed. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would use him on future projects.
Description of Work: Provided general contracting, management of subs, and general labor for a complete remodel of an existing 1960s high rise condo.
