We requested an estimate in April of 2008. They provided an estimate and we accepted the estimate provided. We signed the contract and waited for Home Depot to schedule the work. They left a message to schedule another visit to the property while we were on vacation. We called the day we got back and they didn't call back. I made 3 more calls before actually speaking with the person that left the message. She stated that there was a problem with the order but stated that it was not a pricing issue and she would call us back the next day. She did not call back the next day. I called the following day and had to leave a message. It took another week before I was actually able to speak with her again. She scheduled the appt to come get on the roof. The guy came got on the roof, indicated that they would call within the next couple of days to set the date to start the work. He gave us a copy of the instructions for what we needed to do to prepare for them to do the roof. No one called. A week later the supervisor called and stated that they were cancelling the contract. He did not provide a reason in his statement. I asked the reason and he stated that the salesman, who no longer worked for them, had used an old price list and they would not honor the price so they were cancelling the contract. All of this occurred after Home Depot performed credit checks and opened credit lines. According to the supervisor and to Home Depot's contact, Home Depot can cancel their contracts at any time for any reason. Consumers only have 3 business days to cancel the contract. Buyer beware. This company has a lack of integrity. I have not since and will not in the future step foot in a Home Depot store.

They showed up for all appointments. They responded to all our calls. They answered all my questions and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I have had them do a couple of things and our house and would hire them again.

The cabinets look fine now, but it took them a long time to install them. I think it was because the original cabinets didn't fit right. It took a couple tries. They look great now, though.

The sales reps in the store were very knowledgeable and called us the next day with answers to questions we had not gotten answered before. This company is very customer service oriented and we are very pleased with the final product.

We might hire them again, but we would want to have higher expectations from them. The finished product was very good, but they were very late in when they promised they could have the job done.

The stores (in general) do not communicate with each other, so we could not consolidate all orders to one store (which was frustrating). They have samples available for you to take home. They have nice carpet a good selection to choose from.
