When they came they did a good job. The carpet is very clean and the price was good. They explained to us how long it was going to take to dry, and what to do if we spilled something. This was the second time we've used them, and we will continue to use them.

They were great. They came when I called. They were pretty prompt. They worked around my schedule. They did everything really well. They gave me a bottle of cleaner to help with any spills. I felt the price was good.
