This company installed our original door opener about 20 years ago and it has worked well since then. I have only had to call for help a couple of times, once because the remote in the car stopped functioning, about a year ago. Two weeks ago two of the controls stopped working and only the wired switch would lift the door. Since the part that needed to be replaced was a major expense, I asked the technician about replacing the entire unit. He gave me figures on both the repair and the replacement, and said he would give me a discount on the service call and a key-pad remote if I decided to replace the entire unit. I decided to do that, and now have a nice quiet new LiftMaster. All promises were kept. I recommend this company highly.

Installation was quick, they came the day after I called (great). The person who initially assessed the situation was very knowledgable and suggested improvement of belt instead of chain drive unit, noticed cracked wheels in the door right away. Everything went well with one exception; the installers did not bring a 3rd remote with them. They said someone would drop it off in a day or two, but 10 days or so went by and nothing. I called the company, and they said they'd contact the installer and get back to me - they didn't call back. The next week I called them again and asked for the manager - told him I was using Angie's List and got immediate attention! Love this service :) It was delivered within an hour! This kind of thing can happen to any company, so I don't ding them much, especially since the manager dealt with it promptly and with a good attitude. Thanks.
