I air flow checked prior to his coming. I was billed by America First for the service called and waiting almost 30 minutes before talking to someone. After being switched from department to department, I explained that I wasn't paying for the call because I didn't get the service I requested. Agent was going to check, have the charge dropped, and call me back. I received further invoices and called again. The same responses were given. Recently, my bill was handed over to a collection agency.
After further conversations with First Am., a supervisor offered to send out an air balancing service person. I am waiting to see if the collection agency is dropping the charges as expected. This has been going on for 8 months.
