Brian and his crew just completed a total remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Overall, we are very pleased with the results. From the day we called him for an estimate, to the final day when the project was complete, we received nothing but prompt and professional service from Brian. He showed up on time and offered great suggestions on what was possible for each bathroom. As with any major project, delays are a given, and in our case it took a little longer to complete than expected due to delays in receiving some ordered components for the new bathrooms. However, we really appreciated that Brian kept us informed on the status of any delay so that we were not left wondering why some things were taking extra time. Kudos to his crew as well. They were very courteous and reliable, and it was a pleasure to interact with them throughout the remodel.

EXCELLENT! Brian and his crew were amazing. They did a beautiful job on my house. Replaced all the vinyl soffits and gables. Replaced the old 1967 original windows with double hung black vinyl. It completely updated the look of my white brick house. Brian and his team are trustworthy, honest, friendly, punctual and even took care knowing I had two pets in the yard. I shopped and talked to a lot of pro's for this job. Some were trying to sell me the most expensive when I didn't need it. Other's treated me like dumb girl trying to tell me what I wanted/needed. Brian worked well with me. I showed him what I was looking for on design and he made it happen. Not to mention he has really competitive prices. Ladies, if you're looking for an honest pro that will not try to oversell or dupe you, BTL is it! I felt very comfortable with his team in my house. He even recommended a pro to install all brand new gutters. Brian even installed all my brand new window shutters that I purchased from HomeDepot. I highly recommend Brian and the BTL team. Great work and I will be hiring him again!
