Mr. Clyde Bryson was called to my house to fix my water heater in August 2017 as my pilot light kept going out. He replaced the pressure relief valve which he assured me was the problem. The next day my pilot light went out again. This began 2 weeks of me trying to contact Mr Bryson daily so he could come back out and fix the problem as I didn't want to have to pay another plumber. Finally after 2 weeks I called Mr Bryson from a different phone number and he answered. He came to my house the next morning. He then looked at my water heater and informed me that it wasn't leaking to obviously he had fixed the problem 2 weeks prior. I told him that we had never had a leak and that was defiantly not why he had been here before, it was my pilot light. I then asked him if he had charged me unnecessarily for replacing the pressure relief valve as we had not had a leak. He then threw up his arms and yelled and me that he was not putting up with this and I needed to find a new plumber. He threw open my back door, causing it to hit my wall, and left. I have since had my water heater repaired by a different company (it was the burner assembly) and have filed a report with the better business bureau regarding Bryson Plumbing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It went great!  He was very honest with me. He told me exactly what needed to be done and the why's of what was needed. I learned so much about water heaters and how they work and why mobile home water heaters are totally different from a traditional home water heaters. He went out of his way to get the product, by searching all supply stores in the valley. It turned out that the closet one was located in Poccatello Idaho. He had it shipped down and was put in the next day. He kept me informed on everything. He is on time. If he was coming at a pacific time he was there. He is very efficient on the work.  He is very fair and honest on his pricing. He even allowed me to make a few payments that would fit in my very tight budget. He has been in business for over 30 years so that should speak for itself. I feel he runs above the board business.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Over all the service I received was excellent. I will happily recommend Bryson to everyone I know.In fact I am going to use Bryson for some other work I need done in the future.
