Bob Harvey Roofing did an excellent job. John headed up our job, but the entire crew was, very respectful, friendly and professional. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done. I shopped around a bit for some roof repairs, and some other places offered estimates by phone. A top ranked company seemed high to me. I ended up having Bob Harvey (the owner) come over to give me an estimate. He kindly included a military discount (my husband is active duty) which made his price unbeatable! It was a busy time of year with a wet winter coming and he said it would be a few weeks before they could work me in, which was fine for my small job and the great price I was getting. I did need to call and follow up (I seemed to have been overlooked) and then it was snowy for a while and they couldn't come until the roof dried off. The roofer who showed up once we got it scheduled was very polite and I think he did a good job (although I didn't get up there to inspect it!). Everything looked great from the ground. Overall, I'm very happy with Bob Harvey Roofing and would recommend them. I felt they were fair and honest and did a good job (and I loved the military discount)!

Down on time and within budget.
It was a more difficult job since the roof line is not straight.  There is an angle on the second half of the house.

Very well, Good experience.  Delayed some due to weather conditions.  Cleaned up well after each day.

They were very professional and very nice people.

This was a grate experience - Bob Harvey came out and gave a professional estimate, the work was provided in a timely manner, and appears to solve the problems (it hasn't rained yet so we will have to wait and see)

it went well and there are no more leaks. the installer was courteous and left no debris and 'no nails or cigarette butts (pet peeve) behind'.

Bob Harvey himself came to my residence, inspected the wind damage to my roof, and indicated that it would take a few weeks to procure the replacement rain caps for the flues.  After a couple months, someone came to my residence and literally bent the damaged rain caps back into position and painted them (but I wanted the rain caps REPLACED).  The most severely damaged shingles were replaced, but not nearly the amount of shingles I was told they would replace.
I followed up with them and indicated that this was not what Bob said he would do.  Obviously, there had been a miscommunication.  It took them another month to come back, but they did finally replace the rain caps and more shingles.  However, the rain caps on both flues were noticeably crooked.  They also replaced one of the rain caps with one that looked totally different from the original (and appeared out of place)--I wondered whether it even was the right size.  It seemed that they just found a random rain cap and stuck it up there.  When I asked them to explain why this rain cap was used to replace the original, I did not get a response.
Tired of having to babysit this contractor, I just wanted to be done.  I did not press further about the odd rain cap and simply had them align the rain caps so that they looked straight.  It didn't seem to me that Bob Harvey Roofing could get it together.  It was frustrating to have them come back multiple times for things that would seem obvious.  Their lack of communication and questionable work did not impress me.

They came out at the arranged time, and called ahead to verify the appointment. They did some work on the roof but due to my miscommunication with other family members most of the work had already been done. The worker from Bob's company finished up  the final items and inspected the work that had already been done. I was very happy with the services performed and will be calling them for future roofing work.

Owner, Bob, came & did initial bid. Bob & his staff worked with my insurance company. Once all was approved Bob had Kyle come introduce himself as the person in charge on the job. Kyle scheduled the roofing time with us. He let us know what to expect & time of arrival. Kyle, Marcus & crew showed up on time every day. They also cleaned up everyday before leaving. They did a great job. We were very impressed & happy with their work and clean up!

He did a good job and I am happy with his services.

He provided a reasonable estimate the next business day, and he arranged for teh work to be completed by the end of the week.  Looks great, met all my expectations.  He was very professional and personable.  Work was done quickly and clean-up completed within a couple of hours.  Highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

The estimator (Bob Harvey) called back promply and came to see the damage right away.  The work was done within a week.  We were afraid of wood rot and the imagining the possibility of needing the whole roof replaced, but Bob assured us it was unnecessary.  He was honest - an important quality.  Other companies we contacted either didn't call back at all or didn't call back for weeks.  (This was prior to the big wind in Davis County!)

The job went the way I expected for the most part, it went pretty well.  It didn't take long at all to complete the work. They did a very decent job, I guess I can't complain about that, there's just a couple things I wasn't happy with.

We were extremely pleased.  They explained everything they were going to do.  They were prompt and did everything they said they were going to do.  We've had no leaks since they were here.

Contacted several roofing companies to obtain estimates on roof repair or replacement. Bob Harvey came to the house and met a friend who acted in my behalf. Mr, Harvey said the roof was in overall good condition and that I should get a few more years out of it. He said he could fix the leak and offered quotes for both replacement and repair. After reviewing another companies recommendation and quote, I chose Bob Harvey Roofing. They repaired the roof when they said they would. I happened to be out of town and did not know that the repairs had been made. I received the invoice and paid the bill. My roof hasn't leaked since the repair was made.

We had water leaking into our house from some transitions in the roof line. Within the week of calling Bob Harvey Roofing we had an appointment scheduled. Within the next week the work was complete. Estimate and billing were clear and concise and all staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

They really worked well with our schedule, so they were really flexible. They got the job done quickly and with no problems. I haven't had any leaks since they did the job.
