It took several tries, but they stayed on it until the problem was resolved.

It was satisfactory. The price was average. The responsive before the sale was good but after the sale not so good.

I needed my furnace moving back about 12"
Arrived on time took a look at the job called the shop, quote we was given was $500.00 after 30 mins on phone the price charged to $1000.00
They came just before Thanksgiving It took longer to complete job because of unit A/C also they left old building materials in my back yard wasn't happy about that
I love that it opened up space in my laundry room

This upgrade went great! I got pricing from 2 other companies Bills was 1500-2000 less. The vent and duct work cleaning was great, I had an idea how much junk was in the vent but I was still surprised! The furnace?AC install took about 4 hours with 2 people working. The installer did an awesome job and where very professional. I can't can't say enough, these guys were great! And now I can say after 16 yrs of an under power AC system: My house IS acually COOL!

We have owned our house brand new with our heating and air condintioning system brand new from Bills comfort system they have had to service the system every year and have had to replace the motor already once they continue to have to service it every year and always treat us like its our fault, they never show up on time or the day they say they are going to show up i have to calll days and days in a row, the guy lives a couple of houses down the street from me. i finally give up and have someone else fix it for good and stop throwing money at Bill's just because he's a nice guy

Very well. We got a detailed estimate with choices of different furnaces and A/C units. They included info about rebates. They were here the day they said they would be for the installation. This is an older house, so they had to fit the new units and ductwork into the old system with a few modifications that worked out great. We are very pleased with the heating system (haven't really tried the A/C unit yet). When they guy came for the payment, he had already filled out the rebate info for us and was very helpful in that area. Overall, we would recommend them.

They provided a excellent turnkey solution. We had a couple problems with one of the fireplace thermostats a few weeks after the install, but they fix the problem with no questions asked.

They did a very excellent job in the installation. The fireplace was set in to deep for the tile workers. I called Bills Comfort, and they were back to my home in 15 minutes to reset it so it would be easier to tile.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing furnace work done in their home. I called and they were at my home in under 24hrs with my replacement furnace. The price and quality are excellent. They were clean and careful around our things.

They were horrible. It was inexcusable. They bypassed three sensors in the furnace, which is illegal. They wired the circuit board wrong, so we were without heat.

The overall experience with this company has been good. They also put in our hot water heater and furnance. They did a good job with this.

I had the igniter replaced in December 2005. The technician took about 30 minutes to complete the work. I would recommend this company to anyone. The tech was very professional and courteous and completed the work in minimal time at a low cost.
