Overall it was a great experience.  They were on time for the appointment to work up the estimate, gave a couple different options. They clearly explained what they were going to do for each price.  When I decided to use them, setting up the appointment for them to get started was easy.  They day they were scheduled had bad weather so they were a little late due to traffic however still got there and got the job done in a reasonable time.  In order to finish, I needed to frame one of the walls for the return duct, so we agreed on how much would be paid that day, holding a portion of the total cost for them to come back and finish once i framed the wall.  They came back when i was ready and finished the job, no problem.  Throughout the work, the installers were great at communicating what they were doing, showed us everything they did and why and were very friendly.  I would use them again.

It went fine. They do a good job. I have been using for about 3 years.

Air Serve came down to repair the unit, and told me the unit could be repaired. Technician spent about 4-5 hours on the job, charged me $983 and left. Within 48 hours the AC was broken again. Called the technician who told me he knew all along the AC could not be repaired, but he said I could apply the repair cost towards a new AC unit with them. I was not offered any other options. If I was unwilling/unable to buy a new AC with them, I would be out the money. Took the company to court, court ruled in my favor, but company has refused to pay the court ordered amount. I felt they were very professional. I was treated with respect, the technician took the time to explain what needed to be done in an easy to understand way.
