"November 13,2017, Dear Mr Winkler. I am writing to address your complaints and dissatisfaction review. Please could you let us know specific of your complaints,I wasn?t there when you and Dave agreed to extend the driveway to the wall but I was there when you wanted it just from the end of the flower bed to the street and I wrote the contract based on that which was agreed to.My company paved that extra extended square feet?s and labor for free and at the end we agreed to even it out with the unfinished paint job so I am not understanding to your complaints. Please we made our bonds insurance information available to you."
"(consumer name withheld per their request) and I had a verbal contract. The job was to replace his broken concrete exterior front step to his house & the back steps as well. The price was agreed. The front step is a total removal by excavation & the back was just a remove & replace. As(consumer name withheld per their request) stated there was a change in the scope of work and he asked us to widened his front step and Mr. (consumer name withheld per their request) & his wife both agreed to pay $750.00 more but they did not. He called my wife and told her how happy he was with the job and that he would recommend me to his friends but could not understand why I couldn't take the final payment check. I was upset because I did as they asked but they did not pay the difference as agreed and now gave me a bad review."
"I met with Mr Sims for an estimate of his fence. The chain link fence was 113 feet long 4 feet high and he accepted my bid price of $2,500. First day of work to be started I showed up with the materials and Mr Sims asked to changed from 113 feet long 4 feet high to 80 feet long 6 feet high and if I could install a gate so I agreed to the change. Mr. Sims also asked if I could lower my bid price and I said no and explained to him that because of the change in the height of the fence, a gate and that there's a lot of rough slopes along his fence line presenting a challenge and he agreed to the original bid price. I made the changes with the material accordingly and it was approved by Mr Sims before I installed. There were issue with the weather and my work truck that cause a delay to more than a week and I called Mr Sims every day and talked to him about it and he said ok. On the 5th of July it rained and I called him and he did not answer so I went over to his house and knock on his door and Mr Sims did not answer the door even though his vehicle was on the driveway. I came back and on my way back I got a text back from him telling me not to call, text or show up at his house again and no more business. Work that was completed was 30 feet long 6 feet high post and chain link, 1 gate, remaining post without the chain link for the remaining 50 feet long. All the chain link and materials for the remaining 50 feet were bought and at Mr Sims property and a $500 remaining balance. I cannot get back some of my tools because Mr Sims had told me that he had changed the code for the gate and he wont answer or return my calls. Mr Sims property locations is very hard to get to because there are no paved road."
