 + -1 moreThe crew damaged the fascia and soffit while removing the old shingles. They did not remove and dispose all the old shingles and debris. They did not follow the shingle manufacturer's instructions by leaving nails visible in 15 dozen shingles. He did not provide a warranty as he agreed in writing to do. He did not rectify their concerns.
Description of Work: Colleagues of mine contracted Rick Bangerter Roofing (also dba Bangerter Construction Inc.) to re-shingle their home.
