They were good to work with and helped me with the software. One of the guys actually came to my house and helped with the old and new computer refurbishing. I feel they went the extra mile by making a trip out to my house for the work.

Prime Systems was very helpful and informative about the problem and what they had to do to fix it. Everything is working just fine know. I have had no problems.

I thought that our computer had a virus, so I took it in to have it checked out. They did fix the problem but, I don't think they were outstanding, they were just o.k. I'd probably use them again though.
