The price was fair. They were good and thorough.

Excellent experience with Rosewood. Estimator used modern electronic tools for measuring site. Carlos, the head painter was very courteous and accomodating, They showed up on time each day and worked hard. Their power washing and scraping techniques were quite effective in removing any loose old paint. They put on a heavy initial spray coat immediately followed up with a roller to insure penetration, and finished with a qick follow-up spray coat. The results were great. On the last day of their schedule, they put on 2 extra painters to help finish on time.

Estimator was thorough and responsive. Painters were very professional: Punctual, diligent, neat, and they did great work. I'd hire them again any time (in fact, I'm already getting estimates for the next job!).

Have a sample of the paint you want to match available if possible. They gave us the exra paint when the job was done. My husband took off the down spouts before hand, since they were a different color and in the way.

I would rate them highly, and I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I've had some horrible experiences with contractors doing work around our house, but this company was the extreme opposite, on time, all the time. From the estimator to the painters, they showed up when they said they would. I couldn't have asked for a better paint job. And one thing I really appreciated was that they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day!!! I would hire them again in a minute.

They were okay, it was an average experience. Their grades would have been higher, possibly and A or B if they would have performed a proper clean up.

I was impressed from the beginning with the bid process. Rosewood was competitive, but their availability at the time we needed them was also a consideration. They completed the job more quickly than I thought possible, and it was flawless.

The estimater, and painters were all extremely punctual and professional. The paint job was fantastic and I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves every day. I have just hired this organization to paint my hall way, as I was so happy with the first painting job. I highly recommend them.

They were very nice. They completed the job faster than they said they would. The cost was a little higher, but the quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend them to friends and family.
