I've had Allwest Internet and phone "service" for over 5 years. During that time the internet speed has ranged from slow to glacial. More importantly there are constant service interruptions, almost every day, and frequently multiple times a day. Unfortunately, where I live they are the only regular ISP available. But after today's truly atrocious "Customer Service" experience, I am finally dumping them and going with Satellite. As far as I can tell their Customer Service Reps are either liars and/or stupid. (Telling me they tried to call me when there are no missed calls on my phone and no voicemails, then insisting I had to fill out a new online application form to get my service turned back on, because they lost the old one. Hello--how am I going to do that when I HAVE NO INTERNET because you cut it off?! Morons. Horrible internet and even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and go with Satellite. It literally can't possibly be worse.
