Jeff (the owner) and an assistant called on the morning of the appointment and let us know that they were going to be running 30 minutes behind schedule, and true to their word, they arrived 30 minutes after the originally scheduled time. I walked them through our home and pointed out all of the areas that needed extra attention, and at that point they got started and I left the house to let them work. I came back an hour and forty-five minutes later, and they were just finishing up. At the time I returned, Jeff was on his knees in our living room going over a few little ink spots that didn't come up with the initial cleaning. He then proceeded to walk me through the house and had me review their work. Everything looked great, and we are happy with the cleaning job that they provided. The carpets were all the way dry within 1-2 hours.
