This is new home construction in a remote location, and we were not onsite when the roofing was installed. The owner promised double underlayment, but only installed single underlayment. The house has sprayed foam insulation on the underside of the roof boards, but they cut through the foam and installed roof vents.
On the garage, they did not install the ridge seal, which is required by code. They tried to hide this by painting the 2x4s, which they stole off concrete forms.
They did not clean up anything. Broken tiles, nails, trash, lunches, soda cans everywhere. Everything hauled into the job stayed on the job.
We have repeatedly contacted Skyline (they also operate under the name Red Desert), and they PROMISE to be right out to fix everything. No one every shows up.
This was a very disappointing experience. We wanted high quality installation that would last for years and we got shoddy work with no guarantee.
