Technicians arrived as expected and were friendly and polite. And truly seemed interesting in my concerns.

When they say Five Star, they mean Five Star! Top notch service and quality workmanship, if you're looking for both call Five Star! I was greeted kindly by Whitney when I called in to ask questions and she was able to get me set up with a diagnostic the next day! Justin showed up the next day promptly at the beginning of the time window. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had the parts needed for repair on his truck and was able to fix it on the spot. He then retested the system to ensure it was fixed and explained everything to me. I noticed they do plumbing as well and I showed Justin my issues. He explained he had another HVAC call to get to but had his plumber in the area and he would stop by within the hour. Steven showed up about 45 mins later and was able to make two repairs for me upon arrival. I am so happy that I called Five Star to my house that day. I haven't had customer service like this in a long time. If you want a job done right and to do business with kind honest people, I couldn't recommend Justin and crew enough.
