"[Member Name Removed] I just pulled your file the install was 11/25/09. Not in 2012. I looked at the bid and the final invoice bid was to put in a 95% single stage furnace. If u remember they sent me the wrong furnace so you ended up with a 95% furnace 2 stage with variable speed blower so you got about a $600 dollar upgrade for free on your furnace. As far as the indoor coil there all the same there's not any different eff. On indoor coils. There was a bad batch of coils that came from the factory 2009 and 20 10. But you had a 10 year warranty on everything . I never heard from you that you had problems else we would have taken care of you. Sounds like you had another company come up and tried to make themselves look good by bashing another company which that's something we don't do . Sorry you had problems but with your good warranty you should have called so that we could have taken care of it."

Seriously, one of the best service techs I have dealt with. We live about 2 hours away so we do have to wait for Jim and his crew to come out here to Lincoln County NV but it is well worth it. He is very fair and helpful. Need an honest service man? This is the company to go with. We will be calling Anasazi with ALL of our A/C and heating needs.

Had serviced old unit for several years and kept me well informed of its condition and amperage usage. When it started to use what he felt was excessive electricity , he informed me of potential savings of newer current unit. He was on time and had all materials on hand when he showed up for our appointment. His crew was friendly and cleaned up after installation well. I will for sure continue to use his services.
