We had a large project that included remodeling our kitchen and living room, removing walls, adding windows, and updating a staircase. Working with Christian from Skadi Property Partners made the process go smoothly! He was detail-oriented, provided clear and open communication, and was able to problem-solve when issues came up (which can't be avoided in a remodel). While the project took a bit longer than expected, Christian continuously kept us in the loop, worked to coordinate subcontractors, and was flexible with his time on the project. Christian's skills and knowledge coupled with his work ethic and integrity make Skadi Property Partners an excellent choice for any home remodel project. We will (and already have) hired him again!

They did great job bringing my 1956 bathrooms into the 2020s. They worked with me to control costs in this period of notable inflation. Work also included updating decaying plumbing and repairing some rot in the wood floor and wall around the old shower. My bathrooms look great and will last.
