We had a tricky range hood ventilation project but our technician at On Time Heating and Air figured out a a solution and got the job done. This, after having two general contractors look at the job and dismiss it. It shows expertise in their field. This is why I highly recommend them. Bobby responded within 1 hour, he diagnosed the problem quickly, and he was up front about the related costs. Bobby came out the next day, on time, and installed our new furnace with no issues. I will be using On Time Heating and Air in the future.

Bobby called within five minutes of my request being placed on Home Advisor. He was helpful and friendly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented options for fixing it at a very reasonable cost. He could not have been more gracious and efficient in returning the furnace to working order. He also sat down with me to go over service plans and make suggestions for improvements. It was a wonderful experience and I would, without question, use his services again. I would recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.
