I cannot explain to you how happy I am with their service. They were so kind and caring and empathetic to our circumstances. I have never, nor any of my pets, been treated so well. The service went very well. The vets seemed very knowledgeable and were polite. They were great with the dog. I had no problem scheduling the visit and I was very happy with their service.

We have found them to be very accommodating. Their office hours are very friendly for working people and their vets are kind, considerate and great listeners. We have had to have them put a pet down as well as treat our dogs for annual shots and visits. All were completed with care, and with reasonable charges.

My vet there, Dr. Pratt is great. I think any vet place is generally expensive, but I don't see them anymore expensive than anybody else, not that I have shopped around lately. I have been using them for years and I like it because it is easy to get an appointment. They have extended hours. They are very, very caring in difficult situations. The facility is good.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Pratt at All About Pets for many years. Dr. Pratt takes time during the evaluation to discuss the health of my animals and he is very willing to explain the diagnosis or prognosis. When I have had an emergency I have always been able to see him right away. The office staff are very courteous and caring. The facility is clean and modern. I am very pleased with the care my pets receive from Dr. Pratt and the technicians at All About Pets. I highly recommend them.

They are great. They have a couple of doctors, we use Richard Pratt and he is very good about giving us all the attention we need and taking the time for our pet.
