Brown Floral

My mother had just gotten home from a extensive surgery and flowers always make her feel better. I dislike picking a set design to be delivered. I was in the Murray/Holladay area and Brown Floral was the nearest florist so I gave them a call. The only information they needed was the kinds of flowers I wanted and the budget I had. Within 15 minutes it was finished and ready for pickup which was impressive, but as soon as I saw it I was blown away! It was huge and far more beautiful than any other bouquet I have seen on delivery websites. The employees were also extremly friendly and helpful. I loved it but most importantly my mother loved it. I will never order flowers online again

The arrangment was better than I expected and more than fulfilled my expectations. I asked for an arrangement that would last, and they provided my wife with an arrangement that is still beautiful.

One phone call did it all. The person who took the order was understanding, knowledgeable, competent and efficient. She understood the situtation and made good suggestions. I was very pleased with the interaction and the finished product. She was also knowledgeable about the billing procedures of the organization I work for and followed through appropriately. I like using local businesses, and will use Mildred's in future should the need arise.

We hadn't purchased flowers previously in Salt Lake City so we consulted Angie' List for local florists' evaluations. Mildred's Flowers had an A grade based on a single very positive evaluation. We called to make certain that they were open for business and consulted their website to view examples of their work and their prices. We were able to find pictures of several arrangements which appeared to meet our needs and price range and made a list for discussion during our visit at Mildred's. When we arrived at Mildred's we found the staff extremely professional and helpful and we were able to place our order in a short period of time. That evening when we arrived at the mortuary for the viewing, the flowers were in place and even more beautiful than we had imagined that they might be. Overall, it was a very positive experience and when the need arises again we will return to Mildred's for flowers and excellent service.

The quality is the best in the valley. They are excellent at recommending unusual or special choices. Their staff is courteous and dependable, and they have always come through for me. Did I mention that the quality is the best in the valley? I have used a number of florists, and I've never seen the excellent attention to detail and the excellent quality of the arrangements and the flowers themselves. I have also known a couple of companies who regularly use Mildred's and have an account there.
