My condo back yard was in desperate need of attention. Sam came by on the scheduled date, he was even a tad early, and assessed the job. He gave me the quote, I thought it was reasonable, and he went to work. He was done in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I was stunned that he could do such a great job in such a short period of time! He worked quickly, quietly, and was very efficient. I plan to have him continue to care for my lawn as long as I live there. I even tipped him an extra $20! Excellent work, careful, and courteous demeanor (He quoted me a fee of only $20 to care for the lawn in the future).
