They had some difficulty finding the exact cause of the failure. After initially diagnosing and replacing a part, the unit still didn't work. However, they returned and kept at the task until the problem was solved. Although the initial replaced part was a rather expensive one, they agreed to not charge us for that, and instead ate the cost themselves, leaving us with only a very reasonable charge for the actual problem. I'm very gratified that I've found an HVAC company with honesty and integrity that I can count on for future repairs and will be using them again, I'm sure.

I called 9am labor day morning and two guys came out that morning. They quickly spotted a bad capacitor, replaced it, checked the fuses, and had our the A/C running at 10:45am! They were respectful and charged a fair price for part and labor.

Contacted Richie's no other company was able to come out and replace our AC unit they were about three or four weeks out AC replace Tuesday morning fantastic service fantastic price highly recommend them for whatever you need done

Thomas was amazing at helping us with our wires to our AC. Our dog chewed through the wires causing our AC to not work. Thomas quickly came to our aide and fixed our wires. on one of the hottest summer days my air conditioning went out. I called Riches HVAC they came out quickly and for a very fair price I had a new air conditioner and heater. I really appreciated Thomas's knowledge, fairness and honesty, especially that he didn't try to over sell me on a unit that was too big for my house. (the last company did that which made my air conditioner go out faster and it would always blow fuses). I would highly recommend Riches HVAC
