"I'm really sorry Alan was dissatisfied. But my first appointment was scheduled by home advisory while I was out of town. (I didn't understand the HomeAdvisor system back then). That's why I didn't make that first appointment. I don't remember ever being late for an appointment. And as for the client not getting anything for his 1800.00 is his fault. I had drawn his finished site plan with both his existing and his new proposed addition parameters on the plan. In addition, I drew his detached garage floor plan and elevations, I had spent hours talking to Alan and Sandy City officials regarding Alan's proposed project. I offered Alan the finished site plan last time we spoke before he paid me the 1800.00. He said he didn't need it right then. I don't understand what could have happened. But this text was his last request. It said, I will not need any more info from you or any further contact, Alan. So, I respected his request. Sorry Alan, but I put forth a lot of time and hard work for you to disregard in this way without an explanation as to why. Best of luck to you."
