It went very well. Joe did excellent work and was very professional in every way during his visit to clean carpets in my home.

I had 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, living room, dining room and stairs to the basement. I also had stone tile in the kitchen and to the mud room. Showed up on time, introduced himself and after a few mins he began cleaning. I had to run a few errands but when I came home it was like I walked into a new house. No musky pet smell, smelly kids socks it was amazing. Carpet cleaned beyond my expectation, tiles nice shine. If anyone has had a house that has had 5 kids 9 grandkids and 3 dogs you can only imagine the foot traffic. I only trust my carpets to be cleaned by Best Bet Carpet System. Everything looked great. The majority of work was in the basement and April is still a little cold for drying quickly. When I asked about drying issues, he recommended using a couple of fans. It took almost a full day for the carpet to dry but turned out well. I had to pay extra for the stairs, wool rug, and overstuffed chair, but prices were competitive.

"Meet Joe Black!" We recently purchased a home that was not well cared for by the previous owners. There were substantial stains on the carpeting in the basement, including paints. Joe was able to remove the stains, including most of the paint, without compromising the integrity of the carpet fibers or backing. The carpets look great, and we are very pleased. I recommend Best Bet Carpet Systems, and will be hiring Joe Black again. We purchased a coupon through Angie's List, $99.00 for 500 sq ft of carpeting cleaning. With the additional square footage and application of "Scotch Guard" protection, it was only an additional $143.00.

I was given a cleaning date within 2 days of my call and when the owner of Best Bet arrived he suggested I reschedule the following business day when all items would be removed from the carpeted areas and the area where the ducts where in each room. I had lived in this rental for 6 years and the owner was concerned about the pet odor, stains, etc.. Best Bet arrived on the rescheduled date on time as promised. I was skeptical because my landlord was so concerned, but the carpet cleaning was incredible. The carpet actually looked new and better than when I moved in. The duct cleaning revealed that the unit had never had duct cleaning done (because there was much construction debris pulled out of several of the ducts. Interestingly, my landlord arrived to inspect the rental only to tell me he was replacing the carpet due to the pets (in an area of the house where they had never been). This was a strange development which initially angered me, but I realized that it had little to do with the outstanding job Best Bet carpets did. In the end, I was happy to give Best Bets my business, as my landlord had tried to intimidate me about the cleaning. I would just say, this carpet cleaning is second to none, even if your landlord is an idiot!

Joe did a wonderful job, was extremely punctual ans exceeded my expectations in terms of cleaning very soiled carpets.

I called Best Bet to get my carpet cleaned. Not only was Joe, the owner, able to get me in quickly, but my carpets look brand new! I have 2 dogs, and a spill prone kiddo, so as you can imagine, my carpets looked terrible! He was able to get some very nasty spots out, and was in and out in a very timely manner. It went better than expected carpet look as if it were new got out stains that I didn't think would come off.

We called Best Bet and spoke with the owner, Joe Black, on a Tuesday. After giving us an estimate over the phone, he scheduled us for Friday of that same week. My wife and I could not be happier with the final result!

Joe showed up when he said he would - a big part of the battle with so many contractors and service companies. He replaced the carpet pad in the area in question, re-installed the carpet, and cleaned it. The whole process took less than a few hours. On top of this, Joe also repaired a few small sections of carpet where our puppy had gone a little crazy - and wouldn't accept additional $$ for the additional work!!

Best Bet was awesome!  They were very responsive to my call, very professional and knowledgeable, and were able to have my cleaning scheduled quickly.  I was very impressed with the service and the results of the cleaning.  I was also impressed with the arrival window given, and the fact they were there as they said they would be.  Great service!

We had a few spots on the carpet that had been there previously, he got all those up and cleaned the living room and bedroom carpets.

He got in all the little areas as well and did a great job!

Joe was a very professional and honest!! He performed several LARGE areas of my home including the stairs.The price was hard to beat and nobody else could! (zero rez, stanley steamer, etc) He gave me a great deal which included scotch guard. His services are also recognized by the IICRC, Carpet cleaning standard, so his cleaning services are given a warranty. The warranty certificate does not have a expiration date on it, but I believe it was for up to ten years. Best Bet is a great company and Joe is awesome.! AAA+ all the way!
