I was asked to talk to Doug Farmer on the conclusion of his inspection and review his written report prior to my friend purchasing a house in Salt Lake City. I found Doug to be an excellent communicator in our 37 minute conversation, able to answer all my questions, fully competent in his knowledge of the many house systems and prompt in the delivery of his written report. The 34 page written report was comprehensive, containing 41 captioned pictures including 5 infrared pictures showing heat loss potential (investment in this technology is not trivial) that further explained his findings. As the house inspection was arranged by my friend's realtor, I was not privy to the cost.
