We purchased a home a few years ago and the sprinkler system was obviously a DIY job by the previous owners. We have been experiencing some issues as of late and our local landscape company (Fine Lawncare) suggested we call Heber Valley Sprinkler Repair. I called Dave and he was able to schedule us in a few days after the call. Upon arrival I explained our situation to Dave and he was very personable and clear of what he would do and how he bills. He charges by the hour ($50) and not by the zone!!! Dave spent 3 hrs going over the entire system, resetting sprinkler heads, changing only the heads that didn't make sense and even re-routed a few lines to make things more efficient. He kept me informed the entire time of what he was doing and if we were ok with the changes and what the charges would be before performing the work. Must say the experience was very refreshing and fair. I highly recommend HVSR and will be using Dave again in the future.
