Basically I stopped by to see what they had for trailer rental. They didn't have have the exact type of trailer I wanted, but got me hooked up, loaned me a stinger (without charge), and hooked me up quickly. They were relaxed about the paperwork, and easy to deal with.
Didn't hit me h****** extras that I bought like bottles of 2-stroke oil.
I could easily move between an A or a B grade. I haven't yet done enough business with them, nor had experiences that I would say they were over the top excellent, but at the same time, they were as good as any rental company I've dealt with, easy to do business with, etc. I would recommend them as Good+.

I rented these items from them and a big storm came in. We were unable to finish the work on that day. The equipment ended up having to sit there for a few days. When I went in to pay for this rental, he did not charge me for any extra time, only for the one day rental. I was very pleased that I was not penalized for having to keep it around while the weather was bad. I thought this was wonderful customer service.
