When I called Alan, he said could be there within the hour, which he was. He estimated he could do the job for $100. He did an excellent job and said that it actually came in at $75, but I insisted on paying him the agreed-upon price, because of the quality of work and his timeliness in getting to it. I would hire him again for any construction type work. I would highly recommend him to anyone else.
