5 Star Concrete and Coatings

Terrible! They did the work requested, but left the leftover product in a pile, and got it all over the grass & even on the front door. It looked good for a few months & then began bubbling & peeling. They promised me a certificate of durability from the product company which I never received. I called them & they promised to come out and repair the job. They never did & will not return my calls, emails or texts. Beware! This is a shady, unreliable company.

Epoxy job on new concrete. Trash was painted over, there were bubbles and holes in the expoxy and even though the floor was supposed to be all one color, it came out two different shades completely. The owner, Mark assured me that he would come back and repaint my floor. Of course he is now unreachable. And yes he was paid in full. Dealing with this company is a risk, not only in the quality of their workmanship but also the lack of customer service. They of course had no problem taking my money. update as of 11/01/2018: UPDATE: Since my review I have been contacted by the owner and refunded my money. First contractor EVER that has stood behind his work, Thank you Mark.
