Ryan always does a great job for us. He has worked on our heating and a/c for more than 15 years and has always given us a great deal.

Prompt service. Ryan was concerned about our cold house, Lent us heaters, Very prompt covering our needs in a cost effective manner. Excellent diagnosis of the problem, Performed the work required without increasing the cost of the repair. Truly, the man to call if you get cold in the winter.

Ryan Larkin was very upfront and non-pushy. I feel I can call on his help if and when needed.

You did not schedule the appointment, you sent an email the night before confirming. They did not show I called and I was not scheduled with them. Someone sent an email indicating the appointment was the day after, covering his back I guess, YOU dropped the ball. I will never use you again.

Great job, good value, I wish he would have used booties or something to protect the floor but beyond that, he was fast, knowledgeable and relatively inexpensive.

Ryan is very competent and has excellent customer service. He was running late but had the courtesy to call and apprise me. I am a repeat customer and feel fortunate that I have a source for HVAC problems. I never have to question his assessment or feel that I am being taken advantage of.

Came promptly and were friendly. Small, two man operation that feels like they care a bit more than the bigger companies plus don't charge an arm and a leg. I also didn't get a sales pitch to upsell me to a furnace I didn't need. I would recommend them.

They were the cheapest "dispatch" fee in the valley. He was very courteous and even showed me how to fix the problem so I didn't have to call him again next time. He answered all of my questions and was very clean and professional.

I had a huge job for them on my old 1948 house, it had the old in floor gas burners with no blowers! they have worked around everything that has come up and done a fantastic job.

Ryan Larkin was very thorough and caring. He made sure the job was done right, even though he encountered some problems that weren't anticipated. He is a top-notch heating technician whom I would not hesitate to recommend wholeheartedly.

Very prompt service

Larkin Heating & cooling came with an excellent bid on replacing my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made it easy to make an informed decision. The work went well on the installation and the only reason that I did not give a five was because I noticed an alignment issue that they had missed. They took care of it immediately. The furnace appears to be running as expected but I have not seen the gas bills to see if it meets the efficiency claims. All in all I am happy with both the furnace that was recommenced and the service to get it installed.

Ryan was great to work with. Extremely cordial, informative and HONEST. We're having him install an attic fan with auto thermostat, and will probably go with central air w/new furnace. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie, Ryan, and Todd during the installment of my furnace. I had four appointments with Larkin Heating (originally, we were trying to repair the furnace) and they were on time for all of them. All three men were very polite, professional, and personable. Not only did they rearrange their schedule to get my furnace installed before the weekend, they stayed late to complete the job. I will definitely use them again!

They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I am very pleased with the humidifier and air filter system that was installed. The service tech went out of his way to get the best equipment suited for my furnace. I would highly recommend this company.
