Basement Waterproofing
The actual work was done well and to completion. The difficulty was getting any kind of clear, accurate communication from these people. Once they made the sale and had our deposit, it was very difficult to get any response or talk to anyone who actually knew anything about what was going on with our job. They often had difficulty communicating among their own team members and we got conflicting information on more than one occassion. They delayed other work that we had to do in our basement because of their miscommunication and lack of communication. Very unprofessional. I felt like all they wanted was to make the sale and get my money with no concern for quality or customer service.

Basement Waterproofing
I hired Utah Basement Systems to clean up my crawl space and basement area. I paid them a deposit of $1500. They came out and started the job but didn't have enough parts. 10 days have now past and I have no update on when they will be returning to my home. I have tried to call them but nobody will return a call, they just tell me that they will get back to me.
I want to know when they are coming back to finish the job. The men who came and worked were very good. It is the office staff that will not contact me or respond to me.
